Imt was born from the management passage of Roberto Torselli to his children Matteo and Ilaria.
Matteo thus becomes the owner of the company, managing both the production and commercial parts with the help of various collaborators.
Ilaria manages the financial part of the company with the collaboration of colleagues in Romania.

The company's commercial headquarters is located in Quarrata, where the accounting and commercial office is located.

For over 10 years IMT has had its production headquarters in Arad (Romania) but thanks to the development of its sales network, in recent years it has had to make use of a production base in Italy and a second production, for stock production cycles, in Romania
In Italy we therefore have the production of stylized sofas and also the new production of sofa beds.
Production which has allowed IMT to also enter the medium-high market.
